Cancellation conditions:

Cancellation of a Reservation by the Member:

Any reservation for a session or private or group class can be canceled by the Member up to 24 hours before the scheduled time of the class or session via SMS at the number: 0456 81 50 53 or by email at: info@namahz.com.

Cancellations made after this deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

Clients with pending payments for previous sessions will not be able to make new appointments until the outstanding balance has been fully settled.

Cancellation of training:

For fully paid training sessions that are canceled, the following conditions apply:

• More than 4 weeks before the start of the training: 100% refund minus the deposit.
• 2 to 4 weeks before the start of the training: 50% refund minus the deposit.
• Less than 2 weeks before the start of the training: no refund will be issued.

If a session is canceled by Productions Associées, your credit will be transferred to your account and can be used for any other equivalent session. No refund or compensation related to this cancellation can be claimed from Productions Associées.

Deposits:

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in cases where the cancellation is decided by the organizers.

Theft and losses:   

Productions Associées disclaims any responsibility for theft or loss of personal items during the sessions. Each person is responsible for their personal belongings. No compensation or refund will be issued in the event of theft or loss.

Release:   

The client releases Productions Associées from any claims and legal actions related to injuries or damages caused to their person and arising in any way from or due to the activity performed. The client agrees to assume all risks and consequences related to the activity conducted within Productions Associées

All texts, comments, books, illustrations, and images reproduced on the website: www.namahz.com are reserved under copyright and intellectual property rights worldwide. In accordance with the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code, use is authorized only for private use, subject to different or more restrictive provisions of the intellectual property code. Any other use constitutes infringement and is punishable under Intellectual Property law unless prior authorization is obtained from Yaiza Navarro.

The client acknowledges having read these General Terms and Conditions and Use at the time of any order and expressly accepts them without reservation. Productions Associées reserves the right to modify its General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use at any time. In such cases, the applicable Conditions will be those in effect on the date of the appointment.
